Exhibition created to enhance and bring the Italian tables of food production excellence Emilia and Lombardy and in order to provide a valid professional appointment also under the commercial aspect. At the Bonta' exhibition will be staged a real festival dedicated to one of the most popular local products of the Italian gourmets: the salami. Under the slogan "Bread, salami and... a good glass of wine", the best and most famous producer of the popular sausage will present the "gems" of a food on the menu almost every day instead of the Italians, both as a starter for a lunch or dinner or as a quick snack.
