MIG is the international exhibition of the handmade ice cream,since 1959 organized by Longarone people with 18 firms participating.

In all these years it has been increasing its success, becoming the point of reference for the icecream all over the world, thanks for the quality of the products promoted.

At the worldwide ice cream show, they attend italian operators and from about 50 other countries from all over the world.

The main target is to update the operators with the latest technologies, about ice cream machines, interior design for ice cream shops, displaying new tools, promoting new services in order to gain the knowledge to be able to compete in an growing and demanding industry.
